A complimentary automated refraction eye exam is a computerized test used to determine a patient’s prescription for eyeglasses
A determination of the need for glasses can be solely determined optically by a doctor who  provides  final prescription.

 During an eye test, eye doctors use eye charts to measure how well you see in the distance 

 A procedure using a retinoscope that  determine whether your eyes are "20/20," or have difficulties in seeing things up close or far away. 

 This Examination  can be focused to shine a thin sheet of light into the eye to exam the anterior segment and posterior segment of the human eye, which includes the eyelid, sclera, conjunctiva, iris, natural crystalline lens, and cornea 

 During this Test you will be asked to describe numbers and figures in a series of illustrations made up of numerous color dots or circles 

 Dilating eye drops is used to enlarge  the pupil of the eye A large pupil allows the doctor to examine the inside of the eye in order to diagnose eye diseases .
